              Terms of Rental:

  • Holiday rater are higher.

  • Add 12% sales and resort tax to final price.

  • Special on Fall rates.

  • Deposit of $300 with application.

  • All payments due upon arrival.

  • Cleaning fee of $100

  • Maximum 6 persons at Reef Club, 4 persons at Sand Castle II.

  • Check in at 2:00 P.M.

  • Check out at 10:00 A.M.

  • 45 day cancellation notice is required for refund.
